We have ensured that you are able to report anything from a post from a Fan, to a post from a Brand etc. All you need to do is look for the eclipse (the three dots in a corner of a post) button and select from the dropdown report. This will directly report the piece of content you wish to report

If you for whatever reason get locked out of your account, you should get a message at the top of the website asking you to visit your email address for further action. You should defo check your email that’s associated with your yourfeed account for next steps to recover your locked account.

An Industry is an operative production in a particular field so when we ask you what industries are you interested in, we wanna know what you got your eyes on, are you a gamer? Then surely you must be interested in the gaming industry.

You can pick up to 6 personality badges that make up who you are, these badges will showcase your personality in a unique way that mixes and matches to your mind. From fierce, to mature, to adventurous, we want people to know the real you, yourfeed is a big believer in showcasing who you are and what makes up you as a person which is why we believe that personality badges are solid forms of YOU.

Whether you’re fresh out of school or already in the real world we wanna know what you’re already good at. You may possess a few skills or attributes you never knew you had, have you ever managed a team? Then you have leadership skills. Have you been in a situation where you’ve had to show incredible patience? Then you have patience skills. Have you worked under pressure? Then you have pressure skills. All these are skills that you have.

Let’s paint a picture, you’re fresh out of Sixth Form and you’ve entered the world of work.  Someone has asked you what your skills are and you freeze for a second, then you remember about your Showcases on yourfeed. Showcases are where you can showcase projects that you’ve done and what skills you’ve used to contribute towards them.

When it comes to uploading a profile picture, you are only limited by file size. We accept photos of up to 5MB.

To look how to bump your profile strength, simply click on the profile strength button next to your profile picture on your profile page. A pop up will appear that will tell you exactly what you have to do to move up profile strength. This may include adding a current role, personality badges, pinning a post and more.

In your settings, there is a section called “Account” under there, look out for privacy Your settings can be found by clicking on your picture in the navigation bar and selecting settings in the dropdown. Once in settings go into account and change your profile from public to private.

We gotta start somewhere, right now you gotta use your own emoji keyboard but stay tuned! The future means that you’ll be getting yourfeed integrated emojis soon.

Once you finish a project, it will appear in “Your Content” but let’s say that there’s another project that you’re creating that you think links to your previous one. If this is the case then you can connect your project to another one to show that they link.

On your Profile there’s a section that says Content with an “Add” button, click that and it takes you through to the “Your  Content” page, click new project to start writing up your awesome showcase.

yourfeed acknowledges the importance of candidate feedback on every single application. This is why you have to shortlist a candidate or decline a candidate before seeing the next applicant. This way any candidate who has been declined will receive a notification explaining they have been unsuccessful. Nice isn’t it!

At present, there is no limit, however we are still playing around with putting a cap on this to encourage networking not spam.

This symbol means the message you have received is from one of your connections as opposed to a message from someone you are not connected to.

Brand profiles are actually linked to fan profiles so you can just log in as normal and can have several collaborators.

The feedback tab is on the right hand side of every page (in pink!) – this gives you an opportunity to capture three things; feedback, suggestion or a problem. You can submit a screenshot capture of the exact page as well.

As we have just launched BETA, we have our algorithm turned off until we have more fans on the platform, so it has content to relevancy match. Keep checking back!

The profile breakdown scores % are as follows:

• Profile pic = 2.5 %
• Skills = 3% per skill (up to 15% total)
• Industries = 5% per industry (up to 15% total)
• Personality Badges = 2.5% per badge (up to 15% total)
• Showcases = 10% per showcase (max 40%)
• Location = 2.5%
• Date of birth = 2.5%
• About you = 2.5%
• Journey = 2.5% (1 entry will max this out)
• Education = 2.5% (1 entry will max this out)
