By using yourfeed you accept these terms

By using yourfeed, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them, and that all personal information provided by you to create your profile is true and accurate information about you. yourfeed does not allow fake profiles to be created and used. If you suspect that a fake profile has been created by someone, please let us know by emailing us. You can also report this on the website. If you are creating or using a profile on behalf of a company or other business (a “Brand”), you must have appropriate authorisation from the Brand to use yourfeed in connection with the Brand (including to represent the Brand on yourfeed platform). By using yourfeed you confirm that you have appropriate authorisation from the Brand to use yourfeed in accordance with these terms. We have no liability to any Brand for an unauthorised use of yourfeed, but we will use all reasonable endeavours to suspend or de-activate any accounts and/or profiles promptly if an unauthorised use of yourfeed comes to our attention or is notified to us. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use yourfeed.

Age and location restrictions

If you are accessing yourfeed from locations outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable. yourfeed is not designed to be used by people / fans under the age of 16. By using this site, you confirm that you are 16 years or older.

If you are creating or using a profile on behalf of a Brand, you may be subject to the Brand’s internal policies, procedures, guidelines and rules which may apply your use of yourfeed. You should ensure that you are familiar with those rules and abide by them at all times. yourfeed will not monitor, and does not take responsibility for, anyone’s compliance with any such Brand policies, procedures, guidelines and rules. yourfeed will have no liability to any Brand (or you) for any losses suffered as a result of your use of yourfeed in connection with the Brand.

We may make changes to these terms

We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use yourfeed, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. These terms were most recently updated on the date stated on top of these terms. If we make any material changes to these terms, for example changes affecting your or our rights, we will notify you of this by email or by a web based notification on our site.

We may make changes to yourfeed

We may update and change yourfeed from time to time to reflect changes to our services to improve performance, enhance functionality, reflect changes to the operating systems or address security issues. We may also make change to reflect our fans needs and our business priorities.

We may suspend or withdraw yourfeed

We do not guarantee that yourfeed, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of yourfeed for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

You must keep your account details safe

Your account is personal to you and you cannot permit any other person to use it. If you choose, or you are provided with, a fan identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any fan identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your fan identification code or password, you must promptly notify us.

How you may use material on yourfeed

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in yourfeed, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from yourfeed for your personal use (or use within your organisation for internal purposes only) and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on yourfeed. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video / audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. We do not moderate and are not responsible for any material uploaded by Brands, fans or other users of yourfeed. Such material may be subject to additional limitations in respect of the permitted use of such materials (in addition to the limitations set out in this paragraph 9). You should always check with the author of such material whether your intended use of the material is within such permitted use. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on yourfeed must always be acknowledged. Nothing in these terms grants you any legal rights in yourfeed and/or any content published on yourfeed other than as necessary to enable you to access yourfeed and use its functionalities. If you print off, copy or download any part of yourfeed in breach of these terms of use, your right to use yourfeed will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

Do not rely on information published on yourfeed

The content posted or uploaded on yourfeed by us is provided for general information only. Whilst our intention is to provide (or enable the provision by other users of yourfeed) assistance and information that you could find useful and helpful, we cannot guarantee that such information can amount to advice on which you should rely. This is because content provided for general information only may not be suitable to your particular circumstances. If you receive any direct advice from any of the yourfeed users (whether Fans, Brands or Sidekicks), we do not take responsibility for any action or decision you take which is based on such advice. This is because we do not moderate any content posted or uploaded by any users of yourfeed, and as such, we are unable to verify whether any advice received by you is suitable or correct. Although we make reasonable efforts to update any information on yourfeed posted or uploaded by us, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on yourfeed is accurate, complete or up to date.

We are not responsible for websites we link to

Where yourfeed contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.

Fan-generated content is not approved by us

yourfeed may include information and materials uploaded by other users (including other fans, Brands and/or Sidekicks) of yourfeed, including to on profiles, showcases and messages. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on yourfeed do not represent our views or values personally. If you wish to complain about information and materials uploaded by other users please contact us. You can also report this on the website.

Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our act (or omission), our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. We have no liability to you for any: (i) losses that are not foreseeable to you and us at the time when you accept these terms; (ii) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, (iii) business losses; and (iv) losses to non-consumers. If any defective digital content that we have supplied, damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation, provided that any such damage is actually caused by the digital content we supply. However, we will not be liable for damage that you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place the minimum system requirements advised by us. We will have no liability to you for any breach of these terms caused by an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Uploading content to yourfeed

Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to yourfeed, or to make contact with other fans of yourfeed, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. Any content uploaded to yourfeed must comply with our brand ethos and we reserve the right to remove any content that, in our reasonable opinion, fails to comply with our brand ethos. Any content uploaded to yourfeed on behalf of any Brand, must comply the Brand’s internal policies, procedures, guidelines and rules which may apply your use of yourfeed, as explained in paragraph 4 above. You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you will be liable to us and compensate us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty. We will try to make sure that yourfeed is secure, but we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you submit to yourfeed and therefore we cannot guarantee that it will be kept confidential. For that reason, you should not submit any patentable ideas or patent applications, advertising or marketing suggestions, prototypes, or any other information that you regard as confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable. We will not be legally responsible to you or anybody else for any use of any such material. When you create an account on yourfeed, our default privacy settings will be applied to your account, but you will be able to change those settings. This way you will be able to control who can see and access your profile. You can find more information about our default privacy settings in our Privacy Policy. Any direct messaging features or opportunity applications will only be visible and accessible to the recipients of such messages or applications. You should ensure that if you post any confidential or commercially sensitive information, such information is only posted to your intended recipients. We will not be legally responsible to you or anybody else if you post or submit any content to any unintended recipients. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant us and other fans of yourfeed a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties. The rights you license to us are described in paragraph 15 below (Rights you are giving us to use material you upload). We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to yourfeed constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy. We have the right to remove any posting you make on yourfeed if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content.

Rights you are giving us to use material you upload

When you upload or post content to yourfeed, you grant the following rights to use that content:

We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

We do not guarantee that yourfeed will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access yourfeed. You should use your own virus protection software. You must not misuse yourfeed by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to yourfeed, the server on which yourfeed is stored or any server, computer or database connected to yourfeed. You must not attack yourfeed via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use yourfeed will cease immediately.

Rules about linking to yourfeed

You may link to our home page only, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. You must not establish a link to yourfeed in any website that is not owned by you. yourfeed must not be framed on any other site. The website in which you are linking must comply in all respects with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. If you wish to link to or make any use of content on yourfeed other than that set out above, please contact us. You can also report this on the website. If we agree to such use, you will be required to comply with our brand guidelines which we will provide to you.


If you are unhappy with us please contact us as soon as possible. You can also report this on the website. We will try to resolve any complaints and/or disputes with you quickly and efficiently. If you and we cannot resolve a dispute using our complaints handling procedure, we will let you know that we cannot settle the dispute with you, and will give you information about our alternative dispute resolution provider. If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. If you are a business user (for example, but without limitation, a Brand, Partner or Sidekick), these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Our trade marks are registered

yourfeed” is a trade mark of Your Feed Ltd. You are not permitted to use it without our approval, unless it is a part of material you are using as permitted under paragraph 9 above (How you may use material on yourfeed).

Other important terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always tell you if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under these terms. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of these terms.
